What we collect

The description of your business and the answers you give the checker, your email address and, if you give one, your company name. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. We do not store your IP address itself.

Why

To produce and send your report, and to contact you about the EU Deforestation Regulation. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for, and consent for the updates.

Who sees it

Your business description and answers are sent to OpenAI to generate the wording of your report. Email is delivered through Resend. Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted on Railway. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long

We keep lead records until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time by replying to any email from us. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.
