About EUDRCheck

EUDRCheck answers one question: what does the EU Deforestation Regulation actually require of your business, and by when. Most published guidance describes the regulation. Very little of it tells a specific company which of the two application dates applies to them, or which obligations survived the 2025 simplification.

How it works

You describe your business in your own words. A language model reads that into a structured profile — what you handle, where you sit in the chain, where the material comes from — and then asks only the questions still needed to reach an answer.

The answer itself is not generated. Scope, application date and obligations are decided by a rules engine encoding Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, and the country benchmarking in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1093. The model writes the explanation around a verdict it did not choose.

What it is not

This is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for classifying your products properly. EUDR scope is determined by customs (CN) code. A tool that has not seen your commodity codes cannot be certain, and this one will tell you when it is uncertain rather than guess.

Keeping current

The EUDR has already been delayed twice and materially rewritten once. Our guides are reviewed against primary sources on a schedule, and every page carries the date it was last checked.
